The following terms of use apply to all orders placed by the customer(hereinafter reffered to as “you”) with Ware Ware Waistbags SRL , hereinafter referred to as “GRAPADINA” , “us” or “we” , at the GRAPADINA website or mobile website (jointly reffered to as “grapadina.com”).
By using grapadina.com and/or placing an order , you agree to be bound by the term of use set out herein. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing an order.
The inclusion of any product or services on grapadina.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant thet these products or services will be available at any time.We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
The prices displayed at grapadina.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.

Once you have placed your order , if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order , we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, an GRAPADINA representative will contact you to settle the refund.
GRAPADINA endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed.
Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days , you may cancel your order.
We will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of the obligations we assume under the terms when caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control , which may be any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control, including, among others, the following: Strike, civil unrest, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack ,war (declared or not) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic, inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motorised transport or other means of transport, public or inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
Before you place your order , you will be informed of the expected delivery details.
All delivery fees are supported by the customer.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from GRAPADINA:
*You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
*Only items that have been purchased directly from GRAPADINA online can be returned to GRAPADINA.
*Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackged exactly as you received it.
GRAPADINA guarantees a full refund of the returned items. All items have to be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn(other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. You can bring the item(s) you wish to return to our GRAPADINA corner in Bucharest , provided that you bring your delivery note to the store. You will be refunded by the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
You will receive the legally required invoice document in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
Please note that GRAPADINA reserves the right to send payment requests to your e-mail address.
You can pay for your goods through credit/debit card or cash on delivery.
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card(VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. GRAPADINA reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is a payment term that indicates that payment for the order is collected in cash when the products are delivered to you. The “cash on delivery” payment term is usually agreed upon before finalisation of the sale. When COD is the agreed upon payment terms, this means that the payment is collected at delivery, instead of before the products are shipped.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, GRAPADINA abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit , please let us know by notifying us through e-mail and by returning the goods to us without delay and GRAPADINA will replace or refund the product.
As with all natural materials, the leather we are using can have unique characteristics such as: small scars, creases , variations in the colour and are not considered defects. Due to the nature of the leather our warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from daily usage(patches and natural wear are expected as your product grows with you). Worn edges or corners and softening of materials is an expected occurrence. We guarantee the structure of our product will hold your goods safely.
Unauthorised interventions on the product and its use other than those for which it was designed will cancel the warranty.
It’s important to know that leather is not completely waterproof. It is necessary to notice that external and internal factors such as climatic factors are important in maintaining the condition of the leather. Almost all types of leather are dyed to the desired shade. The only fabrics that are totally waterproof are plastic and rubber materials. It is recommended to avoid humidity and contact with surfaces that can scratch the leather (sand, gravel, etc.)
We make all resonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system , and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
An item’s measurements given on GRAPADINA are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.
