Shipping

Our shipping fees are based and calculated by the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code.

All of our orders will be shipped 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed and the payment is received.You will receive an e-mail confirmation that will contain your tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Product

All of our products are made on a limited edition of colours and textures of leather. Once sold, we don’t reproduce them. It is possible that the color or model you are looking for is not in stock. For example, we may have the model you want but not the color. Or we may have the color, but not the model. You can email our Customer Service department if what you are looking for is out of stock, and they may be able to let you know when something similar will be available.


As with any handmade products there may be slight and unique variations in each of our products. From stitching to textures and patterns, each WarewarE product is unique. Our Special Edition products are one-of-a-kind, and no two items will be alike.

For your own security and protection. If we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or email you to verify your information.


If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service urgently. We will make every effort to solve your request , but please keep in mind that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change the orders that already entered the shipping process. 


You will receive the invoice via email. In case you would want your invoice on a different email , please notify by filling in the order's "details box".
